In this pouch of pure cocoa love, you will find our finest ceremonial cocoa from beautiful Ecuador.

The ceremonial cocoa from Banfield Coffee and Chocolate is 100% raw and fermented. Being raw means that the cocoa has not been roasted and combined with sugar and fats. Instead, this cocoa naturally contains cocoa butter which gives it an exquisite, smooth, and full-bodied taste.

This is an exquisite ceremonial cocoa made from Ecuadorian Arriba Nacional Criollo beans. This bean is famous for its unique aroma and flavor, representing one of the world's finest and oldest aromatic cocoa beans.

This cocoa from Banfield Coffee and Chocolate is sustainably traded through direct-trade partnerships in Ecuador and is 100% organically grown.

Since our cocoa is in its purest form, you can use it as ceremonial cocoa, but it's entirely up to you. You can also simply enjoy it as a warm cup of delightful "Drink of the Gods" - Your choice.

Our 100% raw fermented ceremonial cocoa paste comes in convenient pieces in a 500g pouch.

**RECIPE FOR CEREMONIAL COCOA**
- Standard dose: about 20 grams per cup, which provides a light and mild cocoa.
- Ceremonial dose: about 35-40 grams per cup, which gives a stronger flavor and a greater effect of the cocoa.

Method:
- Bring 250ml of water or preferred milk to just below boiling point (Plant-based milk works best).
- Cut cocoa into smaller pieces and mix it into the hot liquid.
- Optionally add warm spices like cinnamon, cardamom, chili, pepper, etc., if desired.
- Whisk or blend afterward to a rich consistency and serve to your cocoa circle or simply to yourself.
- Enjoy it and feel the effect.
